Dear Dario,

We’ve just returned back to Hong Kong from a wonderful holiday in Panzano. One of the highlights of our trip for us was coming to your restaurant at Solo Ciccia and eating your magnificent food and meeting you. I have to say that out of all the meals we had during our entire holiday, it was probably the best. I even loved your olive oil cake. Delicious.

We enjoyed it so much we hope to return and stay in Panzano again hopefully next year.

Not sure if this is the correct e-mail address but I thought I’d try it.
In the fall of 2008 my wife and I along with another couple had dinner above your shop which I believe is called, Officina Della Bistecca.
It was outstanding and the first time I had more red meat then I could eat and I can eat allot.
Attached are a couple photo’s of me trying to replicate the wonderful “Bistecca” you served that memorable evening.
