Each room is dedicated to a single meat menu, with a corresponding vegetarian menu and a children’s menu.

For the past 35 years, our meat has come from the Viñals family, who have worked with cattle for over 120 years in Mataró (Catalonia).
Wine is included, but you’re welcome to bring your own or purchase it in our Shoppe, where you can find bottles from every Panzano winery.
Served daily for lunch. Aperitivo at 12:00 PM, check-in at 12:30 PM, start time at 1:00 PM (single seating)
Fixed price: €50 per person (meat menu or vegetarian option).
