The Officina menu is the result of many years work, with a long family tradition behind it.
If you are looking only for Florentine steak, this may not be the place for you, as this wouldn’t align with Dario Cecchini’s ethics of respect for the animal by using every part well, from nose to tail.
We are looking for responsible carnivores. And we hope to see you at one of our convivial tables.
