The meat travels. But it does it with style, care, and respect. Here you'll find everything you need to know about payments, shipping, and storage.

1. Payements

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal – Fast and secure

All payments are processed through certified networks. Your data is safe.

2. Shipping

  • Package tracking: we ask you to manage your delivery directly from the courier’s email.
  • Shipping times: unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times.
  • Shipping costs: calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
  • Packaging: vacuum-sealed and refrigerated. We maintain the cold chain.

3. Storage

  • Products arrive vacuum-sealed, labeled, and with expiration dates.
  • Fresh products should be stored in the refrigerator at 32°–39°F.
  • Pantry products can be stored outside the refrigerator until opened.
  • Always follow the instructions on the packaging.

4. Issues and Changes

  • Wrong order? Contact us: we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Need to change your order? If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes.
  • Lost or delayed shipment? We’ll help you track it down.
